The Manti Country Village Motel is a property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.
Cancellation Policy: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us by 5pm - 48 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If cancelling with-in 48 hours of your reservation, your rooms must be re-rented again in order to receive your a refund. There will be a cancellation fee of $25 if your room is re-rented. Please note that reservations for Rat Fink Weekend dates must be cancelled ONE FULL WEEK in advance. If we can not re-rent your room the FULL reservation amount will be charged.

We reserve the right to change our rates to fit our needs and the needs of our guests at our will.
Deposit Policy: A credit card is required to hold a room reservation and to be on file for any incidental charges. Payment Options: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No personal checks accepted. Rates/policies are subject to change.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. An additional night stay will be charged for late checkouts.
__________ NO SMOKING. Manti Country Village is a non-smoking property; Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Any violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning charge to your credit card.
__________ Pets are welcome in a few selected rooms. A $100.00 deposit is required. A full or partial refund of deposit will be given depending on cleanliness of room and/or any damage caused by pet. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms at any time unless it is contained in a kennel. If it is found that your pet is barking or disturbing other guests, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises. If you are found to have a pet in an unauthorized pet room, you will be charged a $150.00 fee. Service pets welcome.
Damage Policy: Any damages or stolen items will be charged to the customer in full.
